Terms of Order

The following terms and conditions of order, together with such terms as are set forth in Bali Art Painting website

• Painting is an artwork made by our artists. This artwork made using common material and media for painting, such as canvas, oil-paint, cloth, and pastel. Some of painting use unussual material such as wood, bamboo, fiber or plastic that put on the canvas.
• We try to collected the painting on appropriate category, but some painting probably can be put on some category. Right now a painting is put in a category.
• We try to size the dimension of the painting accurately. But we cannot guaranted a fix size as mention, but almost nearly accurate. We use centimeter (cm) as default measurement for painting dimension.
• If you want different size (dimention), please email us your desired size, we will adjust the price accordingly and send you the invoice of your order.
• As mention on dimension, our paintings are handmade and as a hand-made so the measurements and assessments of size, dimension, height, colour, volume, etc., are not absolutely exact. We also try to provide the photo nearly same with real view of the painting, but we cannot make it absolutely exact.
• The prices listed here are for oil or acrylic on canvas, not stretched and not framed or able to be rolled. If you need frame please write on Additional Request text on Checkout process.
• All the prices are in US Dollars and the freight by express not include yet. After checkout your order, we will review your order and send you an email about exact payment.
• Most orders will be delivered in 3-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the painting. Purchase from our stock, delivery by express in 5 days. All your paintings will be shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
• We also have a 30-days refund guarantee, to protect our customers. (The painting must be in its original condition. Shipping cost is non refundable.)
• Most of our paintings will not Sign, if you need any Signature please email us the detail.
• All of our paintings are made to order basis, so please allow maximum 15 working days to paint your order.
• We are committed to protect your privacy. We do not sell or share our customer's information in any way.
• Soonest we has received the payment, we will process your order.
